​I’m a registered play therapist and licensed professional counselor supervisor with years of experience in working with individuals in therapy. I specialize in trauma of all sorts, specifically post traumatic stress, complex trauma, medical trauma, and repressed trauma. Additionally, I focused my research in graduate school on siblings of chronically ill children as they, often by necessity, have less time with their parents which can have a variety of outcomes similar to chronic trauma. I help individuals with all sort of concerns from anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, to kids with “big feelings” who struggle with friends and family.

I’m also certified in Emotional Transformation Therapy™ (ETT™) which is a new form of therapy that rapidly alleviates emotional distress as well as physical pain. The term “transformation” refers to how quickly significant change typically occurs when ETT™ is used. It is a non-drug approach that can bypass the intellect and directly change human emotions.
